Tim began his postal career in 1993 at the Marina Del Rey P&DC. While at that facility he was involuntarily reassigned to the City of Industry when the Marina Del Rey plant closed in 2005. Tim began representing the Mail Handler craft as an Alternate Steward in 2005, and since then he has served as a regular Shop Steward, and Chief Shop Steward, until he was elected City of industry Branch President in 2011.
He is experienced at all levels of the Grievance/Arbitration process, and since 2017 Tim has been representing mail handlers as an Advocate at numerous Arbitration hearings. Additionally, as a newly elected member of the Local 303 Executive Board, Tim performs duties as assigned by, and under the direction of the Local President.
